Losing lbs to find the real me underneath!

Starting weight in the 280's, UGWs 148-168. I know I'm a long ways off so I'm just trying to make myself active every day. If I don't go out for a walk I make sure to sweep and mop my apartment or get down and scrub the bathroom or kitchen. Anything to sweat.

Starting off slow because this will be the first time I will be doing this the "right" way. I had lost in the past due to bulimia, over exercising and laxative abuse. I'm still not perfect but I have come to the realization that ever time I stopped my harmful activities i have gained more weight back plus some.

I also have binge eating disorder, PCOS, and obesity runs in my family so I have a lot of things holding me back but I'm fighting this time to have a healthier life.

Besides that I'm 28, married to my best friend going on 3 years October 2011.

We have a lot we can worry about, but all u can do is worry about today and even then most of those worries can't be controlled. Live for the now. Be blessed
