My goals are to lose 30 lbs. by the summer and actually feel comfortable in a bikini!
I workout 5 days a week at the gym. I do 1 hour of combined cardio exercises and 3 days a week I combine that with strength training on the weights. I also do 100 ab crunches. My problem is not the gym so much as it is not putting all the food I possibly can in my big mouth! LOL It needs to stop!
I live in SW Florida. It is a beautiful area here. I cant wait to enjoy the beaches comfortably in that bikini i will be wearing!!! ;)~
