1. I will lose 100 pounds by June 14, 2011(my birthday) 2. I will tone and strengthen my body and be fit by June 2010. 3. I will learn to eat to nourish my body and not to numb my emotions. 4. I will participate in community to attain my goals and to help others with their goals.
ACTION STEPS 1. Review goals daily 2. Read motivational story/article daily 3. Post on the message boards daily 4. Exercise 30 minutes daily 5. Eat five servings of fruit/veggies daily 6. Stretch after exercising daily 7. Do abdominal exercises daily 8. Always have "portable" snacks 9. Track food and exercise daily 10. Drink 8 glasses of water daily
How are you doing?? Drop me a note when you have time. I am almost back on track. I am getting my water in - there has been too much water lately for walking out side. but, my allergies are much better since the rain brought the pollen count down.
I am trying to get back on track after the death of my son-in-law. I am a stress eater and my daughter being a widow with four daughters of her own (ages 7 -17) is a lot of stress. I am babysitting the dog, so I am walking more. Other than that I am behind in everything!! I did add some more pictures if you want to stop by sometime and have a look.
