Pressing on with endurance

My Goals:
My desire is to maintain my lost weight and get in shape so I can enjoy keeping up with my grandchildren and also be able to run some 5K and 10K runs each year. Highest weight before SP: 178 lbs. Weight when started SP: 166 lbs. Final goal: 126 lbs. Progress goals: 1) 160 lbs.- 11/17/07 2) 155 lbs.- 12/27/07 3) 150 lbs.-4/18/08 4) 145 lbs.-8/30/08 5) 140 lbs.-12/13/08 6) 135 lbs. -2/7/09;8/22/12 7) 130 lbs. - 9/13/12 8) 127 lbs. - 9/18/12
My Program:
Current daily journal plan: *Start each day reading/learning from God's Word *Cardio at least 3X @ week - at 30 minutes *Strength Train 2X@ week *Water at least 64 oz. daily *Plan daily meals/snacks ahead of time *Journal all food eaten *Stay within calorie range *Sleep at least 7 hours

I live in Nebraska and have 15 adorable grandchildren, 12 grandsons & 2 granddaughters, plus an adorable foster granddaughter.

I am working again accompanying HS choir groups at the same school as before. Just found I missed the students as well as the work.
