My Goals:
One minute, one hour, one day at a time. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, if not more. Walk/sprint/jog for at least an hour a day. Strength train, Mon-Wed-Fri. Keep calories under 1500 hundred!! One minute, one hour, one day at a time. Love you!

Drink healthy, eat healthy, exercise daily, laugh, love, forgive, forgive myself, avoid people who try to steal my joy, give God all the glory, love, love, love and then love some more. "Love everyone to Life"
Personal Information:
35 mother of 4, busy, busy, busy, but I'm learning how to make time for myself. Who said growing up was easy!?!

I've read a Awesome book called Stormie, by Stormie Omartian. It's her life story on how she found God. Also I watch a wonderful movie called Peaceful Warrior. Also a man named W. Mitchell very much so inspires me and could inspire you too! Just look up his name and read or hear his story.
