- Getting into the BEST shape of my life.

- Run longer. I want to break past a 5K and prepare for another race. (COMPLETED)

Fantastic! 10 more days! Last night I made lean turkey chili with no beans since I'm not eating carbs and I got in 20 mins of HIIT on the treadmill plus some uphill walking on the treadmill as well. Not seeing the lbs decrease but I'm definitely smaller. My waist is much smaller and either my thighs are gettin smaller or my butt is getting lifted...haha it's all that running I've been gettin' into!
