CAUTION: Work in Progress

I have learned that this is not a quick fix. I have learned to no longer beat myself up when I get off track, which lately seems more often than not. I have learned when I have gotten off track even way off I dust myself off and keep going. Nothings going to stop me not even myself. I know I will have detours but I will get to where I'm going. I plan on enjoying my journey however long it takes.

Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you.
