My Goals:
ULTIMATE:
-Flat Tight/Toned Abs
-105 Weight



My Program:
4-6 Hours of Cardio weekly

1200 calories a day, over 6-7 meals -- 45% Carbs, 30% Protein, 25% Fat, 8+ glasses of water

2 hours strength training/week.

4+ hours of group classes (Yoga, Pilates, Step, etc.)

Personal Information:
I'm a single 20-something on the journey to obtaining my optimal health.

I have a 2 year old Pomeranian who is my joy.

I love outdoors: camping, hiking, trail walking through the forests, kayaking, going to the beach, etc.

I'm beginning to move into a more vegetarian (pesca) diet and eating more raw foods. It's amazingly helpful that I have chickens (super fresh eggs) and my own garden for veggies and herbs.

Other Information:
It's my goal in life to help families and children learn skills to adapt to a behavioral / emotional / psychological disorder. I am applying to grad school to get my PsyD is Clinical Psychology. Not sure how to afford the 5 years of study... looking into a Navy internship opportunity.
