Hello my name is Lola. I have been struggling with my weight for about 20 years now, since my first born. I have recently found out that I have insulin resistance, which has given me symptoms of polycystic ovarian disease. The insulin resistance has been the main cause of my weight gain, excluding the lack of exercise. I am going to have to go commando on my eating and exercise habits. More clean-eating and movement. I have been making time for everyone else.......It's time for me.......It's time to love's time to get serious about losing weight and getting healthy.

I would like to include exercise and healthy eating habits into my life on a daily basis. I would also like to teach my daughter healthier living habits.

My Program:
1. Following a Plant-Based Diet/Vegan

2. Drink 10 glasses of water /day

3. Rebound: 3-5 minutes daily

4. Cardio: 60 minutes daily

5. Abs exercise & strength training (cirucit 3-2-1) 3 days a week

6. Stay within Calorie Range 1200-1550
