Consistent Diva for life!!
I have struggled with my weight throughout my life, and was diagnosed with PCOS in 1999. I like having curves, so my goal was not stick-thin, just strong and healthy. I wanted to be able to buy clothes in ANY store, and have my curves be more healthy. Now that I'm a mom, I want to be around for a long time. And I want my daughter to grow up healthy and happy, with a strong body and strong body image.

My Goals:
1) Exercise at least five days per week.
2) Internalize healthy eating habits--master exchanges and calorie cycling.
3) Get rid of the last 10-12 pounds.
My Program:
Eating within my calorie range, restricting sodium, and adding additional exercise as I can.
