Having that "before" picture is great, even if you don't share it with the world. It gives you the reminder to keep on going because you don't want to go back to where you are at this point. Print it up and put it in places that you might expect to binge or make decisions that aren't good for your healthy goals. It's the constant reminder of why you don't want to be like the person in that first picture. I'm glad I took that first picture, even if it was a month after I started and 6 pounds lighter from my heaviest. I can look back at it and remind myself not to be that person again.
