I'm flakier than a box of cornflakes.

I don't like to be that way, but I do flake off an awful lot; now with chronic pain as my bff (NOT), it's become a whole lot easier!

I try to remember to repeat positive mantras, especially when I trip up, so anywho, here's to kicking my own arse because, I'M WORTH IT!!!!!

8/18/2015 Vit D to low, adjusting to daily vitamins w/vit D, and super dose from Dr. until it balances out. 9/22/15 I've been suffering chronic pain from missteps and falls down our stairs and uneven bones, lack of vit D contributed to my few years of suffering. Now to fix the tailbone, lose the wt. and lower back pain.. Hi ho silver away!!! :)

9/22/2015 In the process of preparations for surgery. :)

11/04/2015 Working on cutting out the carbs; I have quit bread, tortillas, rice, and pasta. It's like a million piece jigsaw balancing proteins, fibers, carbs and sugars while lowering sodium and cholesterol intake..
