THE BEST EFFORT EVER!

Hi Spark friends,

I am trying to lose weight since I was in school. I was always at the higher end of my healthy weight but I never liked it because I love to wear sexy dresses and I couldnt do that. All I think about hiding my belly or my hip portion into cloths. Its been 5 to 6 yrs I am trying to lose wt on and off. Unfortunately I am gaining it as years are passing by. I am trying to lose weight since I was in school. I was always at the higher end of my healthy weight but I never liked it because I love to wear sexy dresses and I couldnt do that. I have failed many times and this time I do not want to!!
every time I have started exercising, I have lost 2 lbs maximum. Then I stop losing weight, I dont know what goes wrong and then I start losing motivation. I leave it in between.
So, what's different this time?
We want to start our family soon and I dont want to be unhealthy in my most precious time of life. I have decided not to measure weight daily which I used to do a lot. I will weigh in only once a month to keep me going.
I hope to be healthy before I get pregnant!!

Hey girl, get back on that wagon and do what your capable of doing. You proved it once already so wake everyday look n the mirror and say you can and you will. Set your schedule, make appointments with the gym and plan your food and everything else will fall into place. Believe in it to achieve it, and envision it to live it. Hey girl! How are you? I haven't been on much as my daughter is driving me nutes with homecoming and trying to find a dress!

Thank you soooo much for your comment on my sparkpage! I know I was looking at my pictures too and couldn't believe how much I have changed in 9 months!!! Like pregnancy, lol! When I can I gain weight, I gain it everywhere and when I lose weight I lose it everywhere, slower in my butt, hips, and thighs, and fast in my boobs, WTH??! LOL So glad to have Ruben. I have been with him 16 weeks tomorrow, but this is my last week emoticon but I have learned sooooo much from him and I know I can keep going on my own. I definitely have the tools he taught me instilled in me!

How's everything going with you? I know you are doing great too! Can't wait to see more pictures of your progress!
