Hi, thanks for your comment. True, I shouldn't not eat rice or meat, but because when it came to those 2 things, I cant help but lose control, and every Sunday dinner, I can't get out of my seat because I get so full. But yes, I do get plenty of carb and proteins from other foods, I eat alotta healthier, good food. Now, every time I eat, I don't feel so heavy, I don't sit there for an hour just rubbing my belly and trying to get outta my seat lol, and laziness is no where near. In fact, I eat so many different veggies and fruits in a day now, that I have so much energy after every meal. At 2:30pm at work, everyone is struggling to stay awake and I'm the busy body! lol. I've replaced alot of foods in my daily nutrition and so glad that they have become appealing to me.
Hello! I saw that you posted a comment on my weight loss blog (10 pounds, 1 week) I'm sorry I didnt get back to you sooner, I didnt realize we don't get notifications on our blogs. The best advice I can give you if your weight is bouncing around alot is, stick to eating healthy, keep drinking your water, and logging your foods. DONT weigh yourself every day, you dont want to get discouraged. Try weighing once a week. It gives you something to look forward to, and helps keep stress down when your weight is fluctuating.
