Hi to all,
I have been on this weight loss journey since forever...well it seems that way at least. I started in Feb of '09. Lost 65, gained 15, lost 10, got pregnant and gained another 40. So, yep, almost back to where I started which is, in fact, incredibly depressing. I have been trying to find the motivation to start working out and eating right again, but being a first time mom, working, and going to school is zapping my weight loss spark. I wish for my little beauty to grow up ...
Hi to all,
I have been on this weight loss journey since forever...well it seems that way at least. I wish for my little beauty to grow up strong, healthy, and with a positive body image. I have always been over weight and feel I missed out on so much of life beacuse I felt too gigantuous to join in...I do not want this for my daughter. So, the time has come to shed some of this weight and show my sweet pea how to live a healthy, fulfilling, amazing, joyful life :)

Thanks for stopping by my blog, "That's not fair." I think she was just stressed out and may have taken it out on me. We've all been there and I am going to just let it go! emoticon

OMG, those shoulder burners are a killer on Recovery week of Insanity. It seems so easy but it burns. Maybe the hurt so much because it is the last exercise and by then you are tired. Thanks for commenting on my blog. I am really hoping to rock the last 4 weeks.

How's Insanity going? Have you decided whether or not you are going to get TurboFire?
Have a great day!

Oh my gosh.....I love TurboFire! I have tried Kettleworx, Jillian Michaels, my own workout routine and never stuck with any as long as I've stuck with this! It is so much fun! There is a prep schedule that comes with it that gets you prepared for all the workouts....it really works. I am on the last week (week 9) with the prep schedule and have lost about 6 lbs. and a few inches already! With this schedule you only really do 6 (or so) different workouts but there are about 12 in all - so it's alot of variety. I can't do the same stinkin thing everyday or I do get bored! It also includes some HIIT workouts that are insane! But all are so fun, you don't even realize how long you actually workout! It's great.....I'd recommend it to anyone! I want to become a runner too but am so afraid to try!

Hello! My name is Melissa and I have been trying to lose my last 30 pounds for quite a while. I get on a streak but don't usually make it down past 140, sometimes but not very often. So I am looking for someone to help keep me accountable and motivated. How can I help you. I noticed you don't have many blogs. Don't like writing them? emoticon
