Torch Relay Challenge, where I was adding my walking and swimming distances to the cumulative group total. It was a lot of fun.

The most effective way to fight food cravings is: go for a walk. Taking a brisk, 15-minute walk can curb even the strongest cravings, according to the journal Appetite. That’s because walking can distract the mind. It also reduces stress and boredom – which are two big triggers for cravings.
