Hi, I'm Elizabeth and like everyone I have a few reasons to lose weight (health, family, lose the baby weight), but I also want to be able to jog regularly. This is something I have started multiple times in the past and enjoyed, but things kept stopping me from making it a regular habit. This time I want to run and not stop!!!

Favourite books ever: Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series, and of course Harry Potter :)

Favourite TV: LOST, Gilmore Girls, Doctor Who, Sherlock.

I also love: Digital scrapbooking, crocheting, hiking, kayaking and spending time at the cottage with my family.

Don't leave the group. We all have times when we feel the sky has fallen in on us!!! That's how it feels doesn't it?
3 posts is all you need. I don't always do personals 'cos I just don't have the time. Work, commute, eat, exercise, try to keep her house the way my mother always used to just in case someone visits my parents when I am not there. It would be a sin if anyone were to think I don't keep this house like it used to be kept, even though she was always just a full-time mum.
Stand back take a deep breath and glue yourself to this challenge. Do the musts only and to hang with the rest

Don't think that I ever thanked you for he pedometer. I have had mine meet their demise when they fall in the toilet. The one I have now went through the wash and it still works. Yeah for that.
I started jogging when my girls were in little and life got busy and it fell by the wayside. Back to doing it (after 30 year break.) Completed a Half Marathon in November. Good for you in wanting to do it again. It boosts your serotonin and makes you a better wife and mother (esp. around PMS time.) So when you get so busy that you can't, just remind yourself that you can't afford not to. Have a good week.
