Thanks for your support on my blog. I haven't been able to use my CPAP for a few days due to a very bad cold and I miss it!

Now it is a year later, and I have been up and down and all over the place. OK, I will start again from where I am now.
How many times does a person get to start again? I am such an undisciplined person when it comes to sticking with fitness and good nutrition for the long haul.

The only thing that is going to make me feel better is to follow a good nutrition and fitness plan, each day, all day, every day. emoticon

I see your June 1 goal date is coming up. How are you doing? Of course, the wedding is going to be wonderful whether you've hit weight or not -- it's just a target:) I hope you're feeling good about your efforts.
