More Self-Care, Exercise, and Nutrition for me!

I am a lifetime athlete who stopped exercising when I got married. In these past four years I've gained 25 lbs! I am here to restart my athletic and nutritious lifestyle and reclaim my healthy body.

My short terms goals are to workout 4 times a week, eat and track the recommended nutrition for my current weight, and take one day a week to relax mentally and physically.

My long-term goals are to reach a healthy cardio vascular base-line, lift weight regularly, and to ...

Hi Janet! Thanks so much for checking on me. The problem "seems" to have been fixed. emoticon I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it plus reinstalled AdBlocker so I have hope. I really didn't want to leave since I have friends here. So...Upward and Onward! emoticon

Hi Janet! I reported the problem to SP tech support. I have the ad blocker but this problem opens new tabs that lead to websites that try to sell me something. Every time it happens, I send an email to SP. Don't worry - I will try to work this out. Thanks so much for your support, my friend, and have a good evening. emoticon

Thanks so much for reading my blog and for all your kindness. I really appreciate it and things have been resolved for now, I actively practiced compassion in a difficult situation and H.H. the Dalai Lama says, "If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion."
