I've tried other free diet sites and none have worked for me like SparkPeople has in the past. Amazon had the Spark app as a freebie (it's normally a paid app) and I was so happy! SparkPeople helped me loose 20 pounds in the past which has been gained back and more because I switched to join a different online weight loss community to be with my friends. It must be working for them, but it didn't for me, so here I am I'm back. Help me SparkPeople! You say I can achieve my goal by the end of the year. Let's DO IT!

I an anti-exercise and have been since middle school, but realize I need to do something even if it's just a few crunches or sit ups a night. I need motivation to stick with it to loose weight.

Food is my comforter. I turn to food when I am having a bad day or am stressed or bored. I must learn to not depend on food so much or to make better snacking choices.

I have a total of 80 pounds I want to loose. My weight tracker will show baby steps, 10 pounds at a time so it's less discouraging for me.

Drink More Water (and tea) instead of Pepsi.
