You are not doing anything wrong. Great job entering food. Just remember to try searching for food that you don't have info on thru the SP nutrition search otherwise google it. Find something that's close if you can't find the exact thing. I noticed you had sweet tea on there with no calories, etc... I'm not sure how that's working unless your using a sweetner and that would still have some calories. Fitness-if/when you get a heart rate monitor - you could manually enter exactly what you burned. Until then just google the exercise and see what you find. Before we had our heart rate monitors we googled "calories burned on Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones dvd". It gave us the info for a 150 lb person so we did the math for each of us.
