I'm listening to the hypnosis CD by PAUL MCKENNA, "I CAN MAKE YOU THIN" each day and reading his book. It has helped me to be able to know when I am REALLY hungry and when it is just emotional hunger. I was eating a lot of junk food at night, like chips and cookies, and I've been able to stop that and eat frozen strawberries, etc. and know when it is just "mouth hunger."
