Many times I have committed myself to improving my lifestyle but always fallen back into my old ways of unhealthy eating and not exercising. Most recently, I was diagnosed with diabetes and borderline high cholesterol. Because of my kids and for my health, I have decided to recommit myself to eating better and working out. For the past six weeks, I have stuck with this commitment and I am feeling and beginning to look great.

My Goals:
My goals are to make healthy meal choices and to fit exercise into my life. I feel if I do these things I will be able to shed about 20-25 pounds and improve my cholesterol and continue to control my diabetes.

My Program:
I am exercising five days a week and logging everything that I put in my mouth. I have found that keeping a food journal is great and I am able to make better choices when it comes time to eat.

Personal Information:
I live in North Carolina and work full time. I am a wife and mother of three.
