Hey, I just wanted to drop by and again thank you and your husband for the advice on running you gave me. Today I did W2D2 of the C25K program and it was the first day where I found a pace that I actually felt I could keep up with for a long time. For the first week or so no matter what pace I was out of breath by the time my run interval was over. But not today.
