Hi! Welcome to my sparkpage!!! I have been a member of spark for close to three years now (WOW!!). When I started spark I was completely unhealthy, not excercising and eathing all the wrong foods. Hi! Welcome to my sparkpage!!! I have been a member of spark for close to three years now (WOW!!). When I started spark I was completely unhealthy, not excercising and eathing all the wrong foods. Since losing my first 15 pounds I have totally reorganized my life in a healthy way. I have had some major bumps along the way and my weight creeped back up. I have rededicated myself to this lifestyle once more and WILL NOT let anything get in my way of a healthy and happy lifestyle. I have waited all my life to be confident and happy and its about time I do something about it. There is no or no thing that can make me happy. I have thought that for a long time but I have come to realize I will never be happy unless I do this for myself. I have always dealt with weight issues. I have an athletic build and I am not trying to lose that. I just want to feel fit again. I don't care if I'm not the skinny super model look alike. I want to be comfortable with who I am.
I am also a full time grad student, puruing my degree in Clinical Counseling. I hope to some day open my own practice working with clients with various eating disorders.
I love doing anything outdoors. I love playing softball and will never give it up!!! I live in central ohio but am a country girl at heart. I love going back home and spending time with my family and freinds. I have two beutiful nephews, a niece in heaven, and a beautiful 1 year old niece. No kids of my own yet, and I promised myself I would not start trying until I reach my goal.
In July 2009 my best friend died of Leukemia. I pledge to her that I am going to get healthy and do my best to prevent this from happening to myself. I have to take of this body, it is the only one I get.
~ update 1/4/09, I am training for a 5k race in May and also starting the Sparkpeople Bootcamp challenge to help jumpstart my fitness in 2009. I am comitted to this and will not let myself down this time. There's no turning back.
update 2/10/09: still going strong with training. I really wish the weight was melting off quicker because I am working so hard. I hope to see 156 on the scale next week at weigh in.

Keep mindless eating under control. 1200-1500 cals per day.
CLX- Starting Feb 1st
Eat between 1200-1500 calories daily. I'm going to try doing the South Beach diet.
Cardio: I using CLX for strength training and adding some Walk Away The Pounds and treadmill/elliptical workouts for additional cardio.
160: new workout equipment
150: new work out outfit
140: new pair of jeans or cd
135(goal weight): NEW OUTFIT and BIKINI
