Positive Thinker

I am starting all over. I joined SparkPeople in 2008. I lost about 20 lbs, then let things slip. I didn't need SP anymore, or so I thought. I quit tracking my food, quit doing all of the things that are key to being successful. Here I am now, July, 2013 about 10 heavier than when I first found SparkPeople. I know it works if I work it.

My Goals:
I want to be healthier. I don't want my ankles and feet to hurt b/c they have too much weight on them. I want to look and feel better. I want to be able to wear my clothes without feeling and looking huge. I want to go hiking and not feel like I'm going to die. I want to feel better mentally, spiritually and physically.

My Program:
Thanks to SparkPeople I can accomplish everything I want to do in one place. I am keeping track of the food I eat and a journal. I can track my exercise. Exercise, tracking food, drinking water, a journal and a support group are what keeps me moving forward.

I am so happy for you!

I am doing well - eating well and exercising (most of the days). Haven't weighed myself in a while - found myself hopping on the scale 4 times a day and so decided to skip it for a few weeks.

What about around 1:30 or so? It would give me a chance to grab some lunch and we would have an hour or more to walk depending on how we feel.

Hi, things are going pretty good. How about you? I would love to walk on Friday, could we make it early? I have to take Sarah and Grace over to the YMCA to weigh in at 3:30. I definitely need to get in some more exercise. Walking outside seems to be a good one for me. Get back to me and let me know.
