Positive Thinker

I am starting all over. I joined SparkPeople in 2008. I lost about 20 lbs, then let things slip. I didn't need SP anymore, or so I thought. I quit tracking my food, quit doing all of the things that are key to being successful. Here I am now, July, 2013 about 10 heavier than when I first found SparkPeople. I know it works if I work it.

My Goals:
I want to be healthier. I don't want my ankles and feet to hurt b/c they have too much weight on them. I want to look and feel better. I want to be able to wear my clothes without feeling and looking huge. I want to go hiking and not feel like I'm going to die. I want to feel better mentally, spiritually and physically.

My Program:
Thanks to SparkPeople I can accomplish everything I want to do in one place. I am keeping track of the food I eat and a journal. I can track my exercise. Exercise, tracking food, drinking water, a journal and a support group are what keeps me moving forward.

I think I will be going back to work on Monday. We do need to get together and walk, this has been a bad week for dieting. I won't be getting out until 6:10 but I do have one day a week off. I'll call you when I get more details. We will have to try out something good!

I am doing good. No loss in weight in the last couple of weeks but joining the team challenge for March will hopefully change that! All I know is - I am not quitting and I will reach my goal!
