Welcome to Smart Carbing!! We are really happy that you joined us. We are a very friendly group and have many successful and knowledgeable members. Our members are on all kinds of plans such as Atkins, South Beach, Protein Power, Low Glycemic. etc. What we share in common is a desire to eat high quality carbs and leave behind the processed sugary ones that cause medical problems and obesity. Feel free to introduce yourself in the proper forum and join in on the threads and challenges. We usually have a few going all the time. Welcome to Meeting The Daily Challenge of Diet And Exercise.

So glad you found us! We are a passionate team committed to helping you with any life changes– the tough ones you are facing now and the ones you dream of making.
Because improving our health for the rest of our lives is our goal now. We can make successful physical and emotional changes that will bring us to a higher level of well-being.
Listen, I'm 50 this year and BAZINGA! Life is a whole new adventure! And if I've got the determination and grit to go through with this I and the other leaders are going to give it all we've got to do our best to see that you do to! We're going to go it together side by side and meet each other at the finish line looking hot and most importantly healthier. This journey is a life style change and has it's daily challenges to overcome. There's always going to be bumps in the tarmac along the way. Just remember to set daily goals and if there is one that you don't meet? Don't sweat it! It's NOT failure just a non-accomplishment that can be accomplished another day. We do not beat ourselves up over it either. It's one day at a time. And we are here to support each other to keep each other motivated determined and on track.
