I'm here. :-)
Just really started getting into tracking for the last three days or so. Have yet to manage a workout. Baby steps. Thinking about one change per week. The first week was back into the protein shake for breakfast habit. Week two, the tracking. So worried about having the oomph to get the workout started next week.

No fitness today--too exhausted, not enough sleep. But... Baby steps. I'm here and I'm tracking food, so that's a pat on the back today.
