My Goals:
To be healthy, sexy, comfortable with myself, and happy. I want to be an example to others, especially my son. Oh yeah, I want to be a runner!

My Program:
*1200-1500 calories a day
*No eating after 8PM (the earlier the better)
*At least 64oz. of water a day (more is better)
*1 low-carb meal a day
*30 minutes of cardio, 5 times a week
*Strength training 5 times a week

Right now I also want to steer clear of alcohol and see if that makes a difference (I love my glass of wine in the evening, but it too often leads to another!)

Personal Information:
I am originally from So. Cal. but have lived on the OR coast for about 4 yrs. now. I have a 10 yr. old son and have been married to my husband for 3 yrs. now. I work in special education and also write on the side. My husband is a commercial fisherman, so there is NO reason for us not to eat healthy! Oh, and I have two dogs that I adore!

Checked out your food..not awfu1! Eggs are a great protein source, but next time opt for 2-3 whites and one whole egg. Whites have less sat fats and ALOT less calories. The cheese I usually doing do and sub for fresh veggies and onions and whole wheat tortillas. Those are my little tweaks. Otherwise, I wouldnt worry about one meal. It is good to vary up your calories day to day anyhow. Check out an article on calorie cycling. It has worked wonders for me and allows me my cheat meals twice a week.

That ok, breakfast should be your most calorie loaded meal, and then it should decrease gradually throughout the rest of the day. Make up for it with the rest of your meals and dont stress about it. The body needs that fuel early in the morning! Just hope it was a considerable amount of protein and complex carbs to keep you full for longer! emoticon No sweat! If it really bothers you, go for a walk and burn some calories off
