Fit. Healthy. Happy. Pregnant!

I'm a happy person, positive and optimistic, and I usually eat healthy foods, I just need to eat less of them. My biggest challenge is exercise. Now that I'm pregnant (due summer 2013) I expect it will be even harder to stay motivated to go to the gym but I'm determined to be as fit and healthy as I can be throughout my pregnancy.

Looking to connect with goal setting friends for MOTIVATION and ACCOUNTABILITY. I know what to do, my problem is actually doing it.

I enjoy the treadmill, bike, elliptical, and group classes like yoga and pilates. I have a dance background so I love stretching and floor exercises where I really connect with my body.

I am grateful for all I have in my life. My daily gratitude and positive spirit are key to my success and happiness in all I do. I love to inspire and motivate others as well!

My Goals:
Exercise 4-5 days/ week.

My Program:
I go to the gym and have a workout buddy (a real person in the flesh, not just online!) So that helps me to get there when we can both go. The plan is to go every morning for at least an hour, Mon-Fri if I'm working from home. If I get called to work in the city (random schedule) then I'll make up for that day on the weekend.
Treadmill, bike, stretching, yoga, weightlifting.

Currently living in Port Chester, New York, working mostly from home and occasionally in New York City.
