My Goals:
1) Lose 43lbs

2) Do yoga 1hr a day

3) Meditate 20min a day

4) Curves 3x's a week

My Program:
* I'm keeping track of what I eat

* Working out with friends at curves

* Doing yoga

* Staying positive

Personal Information:
I live in a small country town...I have a rewarding full time jon as a housing coordinator at a non-profit organization (I place homeless people into apartments), oh yeah, I have a kick ass boss (GUNG HO!)...I go to school full time and working on my associates in Correctional Facilities and Rehabilitation...I have a loving family...Great friends...AMAZING boyfriend, he is supportive and treats me like a queen!

Other Information:
I try to find a positve in every negative, I said try:)
I LOVE life even though sometimes I get a little stressed out, but hey everyone deserves 15min of negative nancy time, but after that get over it LOL
