My Program:
Countng my calories. Staying between 1200 and 1550 each day, but really trying to stay under 1300/day.

At least 30 minutes of cardio/day. Prefer to walk my big ole dog briskly 7 days/wk. Started 'couch to 5k' [had to quit in third wk--bruised the cartilage in my knees--on the bench for a bit :-( ]

strength training 3/wk. dumb bells, swiss ball, and that's it.
