I've struggled with my weight my whole life. About 2 yeas ago I managed to lose over 23kg. I never reached my goal weight and I've since gained some back. I really want to get to goal and maitain and I think this will help me do it.
My life is further complicated by my technically underweight husband who eats everything in sight without being able to gain a gram. We joined a gym together and he has been able to gain a little bit of weight though building muscle and I have been building ...

I am now once again on the road to not only losing weight, but also to getting fit and healthy.

*1st goal: 110 kg - reward: nice, romantic dinner out (yeah, yeah, I know *lol* ) - reached Jan 17, 2009
*1.5 goal: 109 kg - reward: I decided to order some new workout DVDs - reached January 30
*2nd goal : 105 kg - (new scale)
3rd goal: 100 kg (Professional photo with my husband)
3.5 goal: 99kg (facial)
4th goal: 95kg (new bras)
Tentative goal weight: 75kg

***I'm currently suffering from scale addiction and so I've decided to severely limit my scale time til I can get it under control. (I've been stupily freaking out if the number doesn't go down and all hell has broken loose if it goes up 1g! I know this is very unhealthy so I'm working on it. All my blogging would be about that so I'm taking a break from it til Jan 1.***

My Goals:

-Get back on track and stay there!






My Program:
-Exercise at least 5 times a week. Min. of 300 min of cardio per week.

-Eat low fat, low salt, low sugar, get more protein and fiber

-Maintain a daily calorie intake of between 1200-1500 calories.

Personal Information:
I currently live in Europe, but I am American. :)

Other Information:
I love to read, watch movies, go for long walks, listen to music, cook/bake, do arts and crafts...the usual. :)
