Thanks for the Cograts. I'm trying to work it in. I'm so tall that it really feels like the hardest thing to do is exercise. I got it together though. I'm going to get there regardless of medical problems as I said previously. It's nice to meet you. Hopefully, we will have a journey together! emoticon

Hi thanks for the comment on my blog about what you do to fend off a binge, cup of tea and brush your teeth...

I have added green tea to my diet and had a cup right after dinner..made a hugh difference.
