Crazy Annies

hi my names Annie and im 22 years old and weigh 21st 3lbs ive decided that i need to do something about my weight as my health is at risk risk and im becoming increasingly unfit. My sleep is bad and as a result i eat compulsively untill five in the morning which makes me feel physicaly sick and emotionaly ashamed im ready to put the work in to change and this site really inspires me! wish me luck

My Goals:
I really want to get down to a size 16 in the next 8months because I love emo jeans and they dont go up to plus sizes and i want to be fit again and not feel out of breath when im walking

My Program:
I am going to start each day with some dumbell exercises and sit ups and then go on 2 twenty minute walks a day one of which is up a massive hill. i am going to eat a healthy breakfast each day of porriage mixed rasins and a boiled egg and i am going to start eating all my meals at the table drinking plenty of water i am also going to try to learn about sleep hygiene.

Other Information:
I love reading and some of my favourite books are prozac nation vernon God Little and girl interupted I listen to a lot of nu metal like linkin park parmore my chemical romance but i also love Johnny Cash my favourite films are girl interupted donnie darko and butterfly effect

Heys, glad you looked over my page.

it took me about 18 months to lose 13stone... yes, I've lost three stone more than I actually still weigh! *laughs*

Since you are just starting out, I wouldn't get yourself to bogged down in the itty bitty details of nutrition yet, concentrate on building good habits, starting to exercise regulary.

Your food is looking ok, just get all those values in to see if you are eating enough fat and enouch protein, at the moment those levels are looking low because of your user added entries not being quite complete.

Hi, welcome to SparkPeople!

I weighed 23 stone when I started out, Im now a neat 10 stone. Please come take a look at my page if you want to read how and ask any questions.

Quick bit of advice, I looked on your nutrition trackers and saw you have been adding your own foods... I have added loads of English items! Just try and add the carbs/fat/protein to each item as well as just the calories... these totals are important for your weight loss, so put in all the info from the label, not just calorie total.

HI I just wanted to say I'm 23 yrs old and started SP back in Jan 2011 at 21st 3 lbs, and now I weigh 19 st 5lbs. If I can do it in just 11 weeks, SO CAN YOU! If you want any advice/help just email/visit my page/read my blog for ideas.

You might just be starting, but I have confidence that your journey to a better health will be successful! Don't be afraid to seek help when you need it.
