Since you are just starting out, I wouldn't get yourself to bogged down in the itty bitty details of nutrition yet, concentrate on building good habits, starting to exercise regulary.
Your food is looking ok, just get all those values in to see if you are eating enough fat and enouch protein, at the moment those levels are looking low because of your user added entries not being quite complete. 1978 days ago

Quick bit of advice, I looked on your nutrition trackers and saw you have been adding your own foods... I have added loads of English items! Just try and add the carbs/fat/protein to each item as well as just the calories... these totals are important for your weight loss, so put in all the info from the label, not just calorie total. 1978 days ago
