I used to be a swimmer, but with two kids in tow, it's hard to fit in a good pool workout. I've since transitioned to running, and am trying to have fun with it. Keeping motivated with local races and wonderful sparkpeople!

Good luck with your half marathon!! I am doing pretty good. I have slipped a little with my exercise and hate it. I ran a marathon in January and since then I have really slacked off on my workouts. I am trying to find inspiration but it isn't happening as fast as I'd like it to. I haven't given up!

Thanks for the egg white info. I can't wait to try that with the spinach.

I bought a bagel at Noah's that had egg & spinach and it cost about $4, but I had a coupon for $2.00 off. I won't pay that much again plus the dork salesman never said the spinach cost .40 extra. Now I can do it myself! WOOT!

That's a bummer that you didn't get to do your half marathon. Are you going to try for another one when you are totally healed? I am running the Savannah Rock 'n Roll in November with my husband and I am hoping to do a full in January with my sister (that is if I don't chicken out).
