Yes I am on Jenny Craig and for the first time ever am seeing results. So what, you may ask, am I doing here? I love Spark people and believe that it will one day be how i manage and maintain my weight. I have been trying to practise logging my food and exercise. I am not very good about it though. I benefit so much from the motivational area: the blogs and success stories. I love to read about people who are just like me, struggling to succeed. I made this page awhile before I really submitted to losing weight. So my start weight was incorrect but I am unsure if i can even change that. I just got back from my food counselling session and discovered that I have lost 21 pounds in total so far. I have so far to go but it is so nice to see that number going down. I have found a couple of sayings that have impacted me greatly and helped me on my weight-loss journey so far. 1) Food is a fuel 2) Stop rewarding yourself with food. You are not a dog. 3) Trust in the system. These have become my mantras and my life is truly changing.
