UPDATE: I've finally reached Onederland!! It's an amazing feeling. I've decided that I'm not going to focus on how long it takes me to lose, as long as it moves in the right direction.

I'm back! After a very tumultuous 2013, I'm ready to get back to focusing on my weight. I ended up gaining about 20 pounds from my lowest weight so far of 211 lbs.

I'm working on becoming healthy and staying healthy! My name is Corina and I'm 31 years old. Weight has been a constant struggle for me all of my life. Thankfully, I was never teased or belittled because of it but I always felt like the "fat one" with my family and friends. I've tried the standard diets: weight watchers, low carb, low fat, shakes and diet pills. These all worked for a time but I would always put the weight back on plus some. No more! I want to be someone who loves being active and outdoors. I understand now that there is no quick fix. This journey will be hard but in the end it will be very worth it.

Focus on the goal, not the struggle!

My Program:
I follow a paleo/primal lifestyle (also fairly low-carb) 90% of the time. Marksdailyapple.com is my go to! I just find I feel WAY better when I don't eat grains, rice, beans, and processed food.
I want to be more active all around, trying not to sit at home. I started running!! I"m starting to love it!
