dont rely just on motivation, keep your attention, your focus on being healthy, how it feels to get in a great workout, how eating well gives you clarity and you feel less weighed down and lethargic. keep in mind that you are not going to see all of the benefits in one week or one month but you will feel better everyday you choose to be actively healthy, can you just imagine what it will be like after a year, 2 -3 years, boy now that is something to look forward too but dont take my word for it.

Hey pookie, just checking in on you. Your logs look good but try to get those starchy carbs for lunch and late snack rather than for dinner. They are good choice of carbs but just try them earlier in the day. Everything else looks good, how are the workouts? 2393 days ago
