My New Me!

I am 43 and on disablity! I have trouble with my hip giving out so I fall alot and my hands don't work most of the time.
I have one child, she is 23 and out on her own and I have a awesome man that I have been with for the last 11 yrs. Seems like since my disability started 5 yrs ago I started to have weight problems. I had lost 50 pounds 2 yrs ago and then I had family troubles and the weight cam back. I need to get my weight and my health back on track!

dont rely just on motivation, keep your attention, your focus on being healthy, how it feels to get in a great workout, how eating well gives you clarity and you feel less weighed down and lethargic. keep in mind that you are not going to see all of the benefits in one week or one month but you will feel better everyday you choose to be actively healthy, can you just imagine what it will be like after a year, 2 -3 years, boy now that is something to look forward too but dont take my word for it.

Hey pookie, just checking in on you. Your logs look good but try to get those starchy carbs for lunch and late snack rather than for dinner. They are good choice of carbs but just try them earlier in the day. Everything else looks good, how are the workouts?
