1. Reach my goal weight. 2. Eat 3 servings of whole grain daily. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruit/veggies daily. 4. Drink 8 cups of water daily. 5. Increase my strength and stamina.
I'm trying to eat 1200-1500 calories a day, including: lots of fresh produce, whole grains and low fat dairy. I want to vary my diet and try new foods. My goal is to get 60 minutes of cardio 5 days a week, but not over-do the exercise so that I get sick of it and give up.
I'm from the Chicago suburbs. I have been a vegetarian since I was five years old but (until SparkPeople) I rarely ate any vegetables.
