Getting back to where I was
Back in May of 2006, I was down to 152 for my wedding. Since then, I have completely fallen off the wagon and managed to gain back all of the weight that I lost before my wedding. Now I want to get back to were I was and then make it to my goal! I signed up for 6 months of training sessions at the gym to help me along the way and keep me accountable. Plus, I would love to fit back unto the cute clothes that I was able to buy when I was smaller! And of course buy ...

Current "mini" goal - 30 day Paleo challenge Ultimate goal = 145 by July 2013 10 pounds from start= Pedicure 5 more lbs = Bath & Body works shopping spree 10% (20 pounds gone!) = new jeans 5 more pounds gone= Spa time! 5 more pounds gone= new jeans after that?? we will get to that later!
My Program:
It's time to eat right, exercise and keep a positive attitude! Slow and steady wins the race.
Personal Information:
I know I can do this~ I have done it once before. The only difference this time is that when I reach my goal, I am going to stay there!
