Cinnamon Carrots: Boil a handful of baby carrots - as many as you like - until tender. Drain all but about a half-inch of liquid and turn heat to medium. Use 2 packets of Splenda or Sweet n low, a pat of Light butter or margarine, and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Cook on medium heat for 8 minutes. Enjoy!! 1946 days ago
