Poohscout in action

I'm from central wisconsin and am working hard on maintaining a 110 lb lost. I'm active in boy and girl scouting, hence the name, and a active deer, turkey and squirrel hunter. I love the outdoors in any form.

Good morning!

I saw your post about calories after surgery, I couldn't find anything. Maybe check in with your doctor, see if they can give you some guidance?

I hope you are feeling good today and recover continues to go well.

Hi Pooh! I'm so sorry you had to have major surgery but I'm glad you made it through ok! Fluid retention from an IV could take a few days up to a week to go down. Rather than be bummed out, remember how far you've come! You're working hard on your goal and after major surgery you're STILL FOCUSED ON THAT GOAL! That's something to be proud of. After I broke my arm & had to have surgery to fix it I gave up on my goals so I admire you for staying focused. Good luck to you.

I always love to hear about your scout activities. I loved being a cubscout leader. One of the happiest times of my life.
