i would like to weigh 135 lbs. by 3-15-11. eat healthier food. and eat out much less.
i buy more fruits and veggies. do 40 min. of strenth training at least 3 x's weekly walk 10,000 steps 5 days a week. looking forward to cooler weather so i can again walk 50 min. on my lunch break.
i reside in augusta ,ga. , married with 3 children, 2 granchildren, and two more on the way..
i enjoy reading, ping pong, house cleaning, but my favorites are organizing closets,rooms etc. and working with children. i love studying my bible (KJV) and i enjoy the comical things children say.
Hi! Welcome to the CCLTT team. Enjoyed visiting your page. I'm a mom to 6, but only 2 are still at home. Also have 5 grandblessings with 2 more on the way. When are yours due? Both of mine are due in January. I also saw you enjoy things I enjoy - can it be possible there are more sick ones like us who enjoy house cleaning and oranizing? Hmmm. But, one thing I don't enjoy that much is cooking - although I do it every day. My kids wonder since I don't like to cook, why everything tastes so good. I tell them it is because I DO like to EAT! Have fun with spark. You have done a great job losing that 50 pounds. Maybe this will be the boost you need to achieve your goals. Oh, I visited Augusta this past spring.
