Hi my name is Patti I am trying to lose 50 pounds by August 2010. We are taking our daughter toMexico for her 16th birthday. i would like to get down to 160 pounds total. But i figure baby steps at first. I belong to a gym. i work out 3-6 times a week. I try to work out for at least 30 minutes each time to 90 minutes.

Patti I am from Pardeeville Wis. I am a store manager of a Mcdonalds. I work 45-60 hours a week. I am happly married to the love of my life for almost 19 years. I have one daughter who will be turning 16 in August.

emoticon Hi....Just checkin in! emoticon I am doing pretty good so far this week. I am concerned about Sunday..I am going to my sis's house for lunch (for my mom) then my son wants to take me out to dinner.. That is going to be a tough day for me! I really am trying to lose 1.5 lbs this week to hit 50lbs lost...but, not sure that is going to happen! I am going to try!!!!! I walked 3 miles after work today and it was hard...I was really tired when I got done...but, I did it! How are you doing? Remember...we can do this!!!

Sounds like you are on track!!! emoticon Today is my day off of working out so I am taking it easy. I'm planning on going for my 3 mile walk after work tomorrow. Keep up the good work!! You can do this!!!

Ok...you ate popcorn...but, don't quit!!!!!!! Today is a new day and emoticon !!!!!! Remember...make a decision that today you are going to stay on program! Just today!! You can do it for one day! Today is your day! Be strong!!!

I am off to fix myself a nice healthy breakfast and then go do another 3 mile walk. I love this spring weather and love to go out and enjoy it while I can! Good luck today!

Ok....great!!! We will have to help each other make this month a GREAT weight loss month! We CAN DO IT!!!!! I went and walked 3 miles this morning and so I am feeling great. I always feel really motivated after I work out so I am really going to try to step up the exercise this month and track my food and stay under my top limit every day this month!!
