Happy New Year!!!!!... You are what's up!... I am with you, I have lost a few pounds, gained most back, so now I am starting over for the nth time!.... Hey, but we keep trying, right!... Quitting is not an option.
I started a challenge and a team... "Fat to Fit "freestyle" Challenge. Right now we are doing a 3 month challenge. Why don't you join us?... You can do whatever kind of fitness and nutritional program you want to do, just try to check in daily with the team. You will get lots of support. I have posted recipes and want to post meal plans, meal ideas, etc.,
I am doing Primal and Paleo and I have created a hybrid of the 2. However, one of my teammates told me about Paleo 2.0, where you can eat potatoes, rice, lentils, etc.. because realistically, diet was based on where you lived, geographaphically, so 2.0 or Archevore, isn't as strict as the original Paleo diet. There is no book about it at this time, but if you are interested in learning more about it, here is a link:

No. 3 . Eliminate gluten grains and wheat flour.
No cake, cookies or pastries. No bread or pasta, whole grain or otherwise.
This rule and rule #2 pretty much eliminate anything that comes in a box.
White rice and whole meal corn products are reasonable sources of starch if tolerated, but not as nutritious as plant storage organs (root vegetables).

I am back! I should probably have mentioned earlier, I am not a weekend Sparker... I am always on here Mon-Fri, but I am anti-internet on the weekends... forces me to get up & MOVE! LOL
