For the 1000 Time...Hopefully the Last

I'm a graduate student studying counseling. I'm ready to finally do this. I've struggled with my weight my entire life, but I think it's time to really buckle down and do this. I really want to make lots of connections on this site so that I have motivation.

you asked about the weight ticker.
go to your sparkpage
click on EDIT MY SPARKPAGE
scroll down past your teams till you see MY TICKER
click on the EDIT MY TICKER button (select your ticker style and save)
then save your sparkpage.

i assume you've set your WEIGHT GOALS when you started Spark

Welcome to Spark! I'm in Austin too, and a Psychologist as well. I saw your post on the austin page. I hope you have as much luck here as I have. SP has been an amazing resource for me.

Good luck with your graduate program too. Are you at UT?

Hi! Welcome... We are in the same "class." I've just begun my own journey and look forward to the opportunity to cheer everyone on.

Have a beautiful day!
