Food, Glorious Food

So I'm looking to remove those pesky pounds that came around while I was munching on cake and pie this past Thanksgiving/Christmas/myriad of birthday parties, wedding showers etc. Just ten pounds will do....the trouble is tricking myself into thinking that chocolate icecream and brownies are actually not essential to eat every night to maintain my sanity.

Personal Information:
My favorite form of exercise is walking. I love walking around my hometown with my mom and around New Haven with my boyfriend. My gym attendance is somewhat lax so I try to find alternate ways of getting exercise.

Hey, I know what you mean about trying to get on track...I think it's harder when you're not really overweight, cause then you need tons of internal motivation and that can be exhausting. How's your week been going so far?
