POLYANNA2 - ONTARIO

Challenges keep me motivated and I am thrilled to have spent such a successful spring challenge with all my four-legged, floppy-eared puppy pals on the Spirited Underdogs team. I held my own in the summer and fall challenges but fell apart over the Christmas break. I am now ready to take a break from my insanity and kick at least 5% to the curb during the winter challenge!!! 2015 is going to be a great year. Onederland is my goal.

My commitment to fitness will be to keep this body moving throughout every day but also include a minimum of 30 minutes of structured exercise 6 days per week.
On the intake side of things, I am following the SP food guide but tweaking it to include only foods with high anti-oxidant values and anti-inflammatory properties. I guess you could call it an anti-arthritis diet.

WOOHOOO on the game !! WOWZERS I just coul dNOT believe they THREW the ball,, being on the 1/2 yard line !! U NEVER DO THAT !! Not when ur not in nthe 4th down !! U just JUMP ur way ACROSS the LINE !! WOWZERS I was SOOO SHOCKED !! but I was also EXTREMELY HAPPY !! LOL GOOD catch by the rookie !! YEAH !!!!

Now Boston tomorrow will CELEBRATE !! Later on they will bring the trophy up here !! I wanna see if my GD can take me... Id ask her Mom, but she'd say "That's STUPID (Her word for ANYTHING she doesn't understand ! LOLOL She's something else !). So hopefully Sarah and her H can ! WOOHOOO I wanna a selfie with it !!!

Id like to invite you to join in my challenge to lose 10 pound in Feb The goal is 10 pounds but really u do what u can. The decision to how much is ultimately up to you. i know some of us might be saying 10 pounds? WOW, that is too much! cant do it! But i am here to tell u i did it for 7 months straight, (lost 75 pounds) b4 i got sick with cancer and had dropped out for a yr and a half. unfortunately due to lack of activity it took me 3 yrs to gain it back but im back to tell you that with your help I can do it again. if u stay within ur calories that are alotted and if u track everything that passes ur lips u can do it too. I was never one that stayed on a diet before, for more than 3 weeks at a time, and then I'd get discouraged and dropped off. i lost 75 pounds just doing calorie counting and tracking to make sure i never went over. i barely exercised ...i am handicapped and i cant do exercises in the conventional way but i flapped my arms while showering, and sitting did leg raises, went up and down my stairs whenever it struck me to do so. i did very minimal stuff. the idea was to keep moving and i did that. so i know with disipline, encouragement and motivation u can too.. so i invite u to come and join me on my 10 pound challenge! emoticon emoticon

WOOHOOO Carol !! TY SO MUCHERS for the 70 mins you just turned in !!

Robyn (Rabbit) went out walking on her lunch break,,, I WAS going to lay down,,, For some strange reason, I am totally tired today, but this has me soo ENCOURAGED I am going to get UP and do more time !! I did 60 this AM,,, hmmm I am quite sure today when I am done,,, I'll go OVAH the 120 mins and YEAH my SPARK POINTS will go UP higher !! At the end of the challenge,,,, it'll be time to give OUT the GOODIES for those of U who have made it thru the 8 weeks,, for TOP DAWG , SUPER Dawgs,,, Honorary TOP/SUPER Dawgs,,, so yeah,,, that usualy costs me about 3,000 SPARK points,,,, so I NEED to EARN more now,, so I have them ! WOOHOOO its nothing , but FUN !
